Thunderbirds wins the dramatic final match of EPICENTER: Moscow’s American qualifier!
After being defeated in the very first round of the quals, Thunderbirds went on to win five matches in a row, without losing a single game in any of the series. They bested teams from Brazil, Peru, and the US, and went on to make short work of the qual’s main favorite, the international lineup of NiP, in the finals. Thunderbirds players made themselves known to all Dota 2 fans in the finals of The International 2016; they are a very well-coordinated team with amazing execution. Fans are particularly looking forward to the seeing Resolut1on, the main star of the CIS scene. We hope that Roman and his squad will deliver and show some spectacular play at EPICENTER: Moscow!
Epic Esports Events specializes in organizing international competitions, and was the organizer for the EPICENTER: Moscow Dota 2 tournament held in May 2016. The first EPICENTER: Moscow tournament was followed by over 24 million viewers worldwide.
